Sandwich Mass. Sandwich offers many options for the home buyer. The town of Sandwich is located just over the Sagamore Bridge and is Cape Cod’s oldest town, having been incorporated in 1639. For those interested in buying a home, condo or other type of real estate, Sandwich Mass has much to offer. From waterfront real estate to single family homes, modern condos and antique style homes. Incorporated in 1639, Yarmouth has a diverse mixture of properties, from the hisitorically rich village of Yarmouthport located near Route 6A, where many sea captains' homes and antique properties are located, to South Yarmouth area, where residential homes and neighborhoods border Rte 28, the commercial center of Yarmouth. Bordered by water on the south and the north, the Yarmouth real estate market is as diverse as it's neighborhoods.
