This team of real estate professionals, Susan Brown & Stephanie Smith, proved to my wife and me that they should be at the top of anyone’s list in selecting an agent. As a group, they all seemed to rally behind our cause, constantly meeting to compare notes and strategizing, and covering for each other for frequent showings, inquiries, and open house activities. We highly recommend CENTURY 21 Cape Sails as the best listing agency on Cape Cod, and we’ve had our share of companies over the years, so we saw the difference first hand. As for our Cape Sails agent, Stephanie Smith, we cannot speak highly enough about here professionalism, attitude, dedication, and perseverance. In the most difficult real estate market of the past 20 years, Stephanie never showed frustration or signs of “giving up”. Even when my wife and I were at our wits end with a home lasting 12+ months on the market, Stephanie supported us with more aggressive advertising, frequent follow up with prospective buyers, and a “hang in there” attitude that literally kept us going month after month. Over the past 15 years in Massachusetts, we have bought and sold property 5 different times and we have never worked with an agent with whom we felt so comfortable and confident. She was always there for us and stayed optimistic to the end. This “end” for us was realized in May, 2008, during a time when home sales were at their lowest point in many years. Two real estate teams from CENTURY 21 Cape Sails in Sandwich have been named in the Top 20 Highest rated sales team in the New England Region for 2007 named by the worldwide CENTURY 21 System. The "Mother-Daughter Team" of Sue Brown & Stephanie Smith were ranked 12th and the "Husband-Wife Team" of Eileen & Tim Kandianis were ranked 14.
